If you need to surrender an animal, our intake is based on highest priority. We are under no obl If you need to report animal cruelty or concerns for an animal, please include the town, address, and be as detailed as possible. 

*WE ARE NOT ANIMAL CONTROL. We do volunteer closely with necessary outlets such as the Avery County Sheriffs Office when we get complaints that we are unable to legally assist with.
